Cyclohexanone is an important industrial solvent, such as for paints, in particular for those containing nitrocellulose, vinyl chloride polymers and copolymers or methacrylic acid ester polymer paint. Excellent solvent for many pesticides and organophosphate insecticides such analogues, used as a solvent dyes, as piston aviation lubricant viscosity solvents, grease, solvents, wax and rubber. Also used as a yarn dyeing and matting agents are, polished metal degreasing agents, coloring paint timber.
