The legal shareholder of the Company is "Zhonghua Xing Industrial Co., LTD." (hereinafter referred to as "Zhonghua Xing Company"), with a capital of NT $160 million, which was founded in 1995 by the parent company of Taiwan, "China Petrochemical Industry Development Co., LTD." (hereinafter referred to as: Taiwan Sinopec /CPDC is a business entity with 100% equity investment, mainly providing chemical raw materials for plasticizing industry in Taiwan Island and other regions, including methanol, acrylonitrile, glacial acetic acid, carbon dioxide, Formol, cyclohexane, cyclohexanone, methyl acetate, acetone, acetonitrile, epoxy resin and other chemical raw materials.

Taiwan Sinopec was founded in Taipei, Taiwan on April 24, 1969. From May 1973 to January 1979, the parent company set up the first plant and the Dashe Plant, and set a milestone in the acrylonitrile business in Taiwan. From May 1982 to March 1985, after the parent company merged and took over other businesses, the company expanded its chemical business, established Kaohsiung Plant, Qianzhen Plant and Xiaogang Plant, and increased the production of caprolactam, alkali chlorine, dicalcium phosphate (acid salt products), acetic acid and other chemical products.

On July 12, 1991, the stock of the parent company was listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange. On June 20, 1994, the parent company was converted into a private enterprise. On the basis of the abundant resources of the original enterprise, the parent company injected a new atmosphere of private enterprises pursuing coexistence with peoples livelihood, paying attention to environmental protection and sustainable development. The production chain until the finished product is generated, all under the advanced process equipment, skilled operating technology and strict quality control, to ensure that the products have excellent and stable quality. After more than 40 years of refining in Taiwan and the international market, the parent company produces acrylonitrile (AN), caprolactam (CPL), Nylon Chip, ammonium sulfate (AS) and other petrochemical industry products, caprolactam (CPL) is one of the only manufacturers in Taiwan (ranked among the worlds top ten manufacturers). In addition, the parent company still has cyanic acid, crude acetonitrile and refined sulfuric acid derivative products in circulation on the market, the quality is well won.
